9 – Jesus, just a great moral teacher
From a Christian perspective
Jesus being just a great moral teacher is in contradiction with everything he said and did, and with historical facts.
New Age adopters think of Jesus as just another great teacher. They deny him as God and believe he was merely a way-shower, whose primary function is to awaken humanity and illumine the path.
But this contradicts everything Jesus said and did. Jesus taught one life and then judgment, heaven or hell, which certainly is antithetical to Hinduism. He only quoted books and prophets from the Old Testament, none else. (More on Jesus here, argumentation also known as the CS Lewis’ s trilemma)
